Seaside villa with private beach for rent in Panarea
The villa has 4 bedrooms (11/12 beds), 3 bathrooms with shower (plus an outdoor shower), a big kitchen and 2 kitchenettes. It can be rent as a whole, or just one or two apartments:
- 1 bedroom (2 beds), a bathroom and a kitchenette
- 2 bedrooms ( 2 beds each), a bathroom and a kitchenette
- 1 bedroom ( 4 beds), a bathroom and an outdoor kitchenette
Also included: white goods, a cot, books, chairs, outdoor table, fan, electric heater, strongbox, electric cookers for the kitchenettes ( and gas for the big kitchen), fridge and freezer, coffe machine, kettle, tableware and kitchenware; shower and bidet in the bathrooms.
A woman can come for the cleaning.
During cold months the electric heater can warm the house.
Being on different levels, all connected by stairs, the house is not very safe for toddlers. Also, animals are not allowed.
The rent week goes from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning.
Private sea access
The villa for rent in Panarea features a private access to the sea rocks and a small pebble beach, through a cliffside stair. It is also possible to moor small boats
The story
An ancient farmer house, bought in 1955 by a group of friends and cousins who fell in love with the island of Panarea. During the years it became bigger, it gained the light, water (not drinkable) and gas; also, a stair was dug out the rock to let people to the seaside, so as to avoid the overcrowded beaches, and avoiding the rent of a boat ( that in any case we recommend, due to the beauty of the seaside around the island).
The villa is made of many white cubes on different levels, spread in an eolian garden, with terraces covered by bouganville.
The position of the villa, just outside the village of Panarea, permits a very nice quietness, due also to the big garden, but being just a 10 minute walk from shops and restaurants.
